- Our products are handcrafted and are all one of a kind. They are beautiful, but not perfect. Please inspect your package upon arrival for damage or missing items. We try our best to inspect and package your order with the utmost care, however, if your order arrives damaged or with missing or incorrect items, please e-mail us immediately. All damaged items should be sent back to us for prompt service. Shipping is non-refundable. You will have to bear the costs of the return postage and we will pay the new shipment postage costs.
